The Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) is a 2-day safety course covers all relevant legislation affecting safe working in the building, construction and civil engineering industries. It highlights the need for risk assessment in the workplace, the implementation of the necessary control measures and adequate communication to sustain health and safety culture within the workforce.

Completing the SSSTS course and earning your Site Safety Plus certification opens up a career in site supervision, which can lead to site management. As a site manager, you will have more responsibilities on-site. If you already have site manager duties, you may want to consider completing the CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
